Industrial and security hardware
Padlocks, locks, rim locks, door cylinders and cylinders — manufactured according to strict technical standards, including on robotic production lines for high precision and high-volume production.
Custom-made metal components
Components made of brass, steel, stainless steel and aluminium, manufactured through cutting, stamping, CNC machining and assembly. We produce both small batches and industrial-scale volumes.
Electroplating — high-quality metal finishes
Electroplated coatings in precious or technical metals. The service is available both for our in-house production and as an external service for manufacturers of jewellery, accessories and luxury components.
Finishing and Assembly
Polishing, robotic grinding, lacquering, engraving (laser, mechanical and stamping) and final assembly — including for the luxury segment.

Industrial Electroplating
Sercaver has recently invested several million euros in a state-of-the-art electroplating line — one of the most advanced in Romania and among the few in the region offering full industrial-scale capabilities.
Sercaver’s electroplating line enables surface treatments for metal components intended for both industrial applications and products with high aesthetic requirements. Processes are tailored to the specifications of each project, from surface preparation through to finishing and final inspection of the components.
By integrating electroplating directly into the Sercaver production facility, we can reduce subcontracting stages, maintain greater control over quality and production lead times, and provide our customers with a complete industrial process, from the raw component to the finished part.
